Shipping and return policy

We ship all of our standard products within three business
days of receiving the order. If a product is not available, you
will be notified immediately and offered the option of
cancelling that portion of the order, or waiting until the item
is in stock.

You can typically expect to receive your shipment
within 2-10 days of the shipping date depending on your
location, and the shipping service you select.

To get shipping and tracking information on your order click
on the “Order Status” link on the top of our website and enter
your tracking number.

satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within
30 days of purchase. We will be glad to replace the item, give
you a merchandise credit, or refund you for the purchase price
of the item. Please note that damaged or used items CANNOT be
returned. The customer will be responsible for any shipping
costs related to the returning of the merchandise. Customized
items can only be returned due to errors by ADA Compliance
Review Corp.


All of our products have a one-year warranty, which covers
workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products
if found to be defective within one year of normal use, with
like-kind or substantially similar item. Our customer service
department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.
Vandalism is not included.
