We offer a simple coordinating package that includes 2 face to face meetings, unlimited phone calls 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, unlimited emails, vendor referrals, a final walk-through at wedding venue, timeline creation, vendor coordination & onsite contact, etiquette guidance, run your rehearsal + we are there for you every step of the way on your wedding day to oversee the set up of your ceremony, reception tables, run last minute errands – the groomsman who forgot his socks?  we are on it!!!

We cue the music, get everyone down the aisle, get everyone to the cocktail reception and get that party started.  

We get the music turned down if it is too loud + the heaters turned on if it is too cold.

We oversee the transport of any gifts + personal items, make sure that cake top is saved, help you bustle your dress, deal with a drunk guest, communicate directly with your Banquet Captain or Caterer for seamless service of your meal.

We make sure that every last detail that you have been planning, creating and dreaming about is taken care of so you can relax, sip some champagne and enjoy your day.
